All claims must be reported within 7 calendar days upon receipt of goods. Please, inspect your order thoroughly immediately upon arrival. Please send us an email to outlining your request.

Attach digital images depicting the issue at hand and upload group images if the problem extends to more than one item. Tonbo Tech will require visual of all affected items and will either find a prompt resolution or contact you in the event additional information is required.

Return & Refund Policy

Customized items are not eligible for returns. Tonbo Tech’s Return Policy applies to blank and unprinted items only. A refund will be process upon review and acceptance of your claim. Customers will be held responsible return freight costs and a 10% restocking fee.

Replacement Policy

If an order is not well received due to misprints or product related issues, Tonbo Tech policy to redo the order and deliver it via its ground shipping method will prevail. All replacement orders will ship via FedEx Ground or other LTL Freight companies. Customers will be responsible for additional expedited shipping charges.

* Tonbo Tech will not make changes to the product, logo/artwork or imprint color when processing a redo, unless previously approved.

Limitation Of Liability

In all circumstances, Tonbo Tech’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Tonbotech will not, under any circumstance, be held liable for any claim or action that exceeds this liability limit. Tonbo Tech will not be liable for any third-party claims for damages against the customer, nor for malfunction of product, cause of delays, interruption of service, or loss of business.
